It's looking good!

Ok, so I went for the job inteview with my friend! It's in the new casino in the falls! Oh my goodness, you think I came from the sticks of something, I could not stop looking around at everything, I was like a tourist! LOL it's kinda funny since I should have been thinking about the task at hand.

So I had the interview, I thought it went bad, so I was mopping, and to top it off I had to work a 10 hr shift, by this morning had a head ache called in sick for work cuz I would have been useless.

But I got a phone call, it was from the place, he wanted me to work TONIGHT!!! I was like DUH!! I could not speak I was so dumbfounded! It was horrible, so I told he I could not make it in tonight, which to start I would have been working anyways! If that makes anysense at all. So I have to call him tomorrow, he did say he wants me to start! So it's a good thing. I just have to tell him that I still have to give my notice at my current job!

So I am thinking if I lose this job because I have to give 2 weeks, I think I might just have to work 2 jobs for 2 weeks. Cuz I can't let this go at all! I would shoot myself! Agh, I can't stop thinking how good this is going to be for us, sure I have to drive 25mins to work instead of 5, but when I am going to make that much more, it sure out weighs everything!!!

Now we are still waiting for Sammys news. Her resume was just taking in today. Her friend helped her make a wicked resume and cover letter, I mean it makes my baby sound like a million bucks! So I am hoping for her.

I can't wait to start this new job, I am tired of making one penny turn into two to make us stay ahead! Agh so can't wait. Man I really need to go to the store tomorrow, we have nothing to eat in here! LOL

I think our Luck is starting to change

So I thinking that things are getting better, our at least I hope it is. So turns out that the job may be happening for me, I have to go tomorrow to drop off my resume, but my friend told them about me, and they are going to give me on the spot interview, so I hope that it goes well. I can't even think how much this job will change our lives. I can cry because it will help out more than I can explain.

And to top it off, Sam got a call from the same couple, her friend Rose works at a bank, and they are hiring as well. So she is trying to get her in. Now is that happens, oh my goodness, life will be soo much better. I hope it goes well.

I guess we are just tried of crappy jobs with crappy pay and worker hard to make what money we have go as far as possible.

But even if this does happen I am trying not to get my hopes up. It just seems like we always have to struggle, I just tried of that, we are trying so hard. Agh I just hope it all goes well.

Well I have to get going to my crappy job, man it's going to me a long night, I really hate this shift, well I hope these shifts will not go on for much longer.

Week of drama almost at an end

Well what started last friday as something easy and normal has dragged for a week tomorrow. The drama is my furnace! It started last feb when I moved into our place, after about 2 weeks of living here, our lovley cozy place became an icebox, the furnace went, the guy came and got it going, but we got the news that our furnace would not make it another winter.

Now being that winter is coming quickley upon us the time came for it do be done, that is what started my friday. They came in the morning, took the old one out, put the new one in, and said they would be back on mon to finish it. Mon came, and almost went, I got a knock on the door, it was them, but differant people, I had to leave for work, but they did nothing. Than came tues, same thing. Wed, the main boss came to my house, not after me calling and being nasty that this was taking way to long, and I did not like that fact that I am sitting at home waiting for them. So he at least got the thing working, not like I would use it any way, I don't want to pay high gas bills yet, I just want the mess gone! So to my horror, he said he had to order a couple of things and he would get back to us in a couple of days. So I did not want to wait around anymore, so I did the things I had to do on my last day off of the week. You thing people would call or something, no I got a note in the door saying sorry we missed you, we will be by in the morning to finish up! So help me, if I wake up early for no reason tomorrow, and this thing is not done, Mikey is not going to be very happy!!

I just want my place back to normal and the mess gone and the strange people to stop knocking on my door daily! Agh, I hope tomorrow really is the last day. And to top this week off, I went to my grandma's today while she is in London, to check on the place, and the dang cat got out! The thing would not come back, so I think I lost her cat! I left a note for the person taking care of the cat to call it when they got there! I really do not want to tell my grandma when she get's home that I lost her cat!!! AHHHHHH Hurry up and finish week!!!!

Tired and full of questions!

Well just finished another day of work, and I am soo tired, those shifts feel like days by the time I get to leave. So Sam and I had some friends over last night and I was offered something that I don't think I can pass up right now. He offered me a job as a cook making way more money than I am right now, I mean like double of what I am making, which I can never make where I am, but at the same time I want to find something that I went to school for agh, it's so confusing!

But after thinking about it all day, I think I am going to go for it, I wait for the call on fri to see if it's a go still, and if so, I might have a new job in a couple of weeks. The way I think of it right now, making that much more money will make our dream of owning our own home that much closer, so if I have to wait for my dream job a couple more years, I am going to do it. I think it will be much better for us, I will have the same hours all the time, which is the part I love the most. I guess I am growing up, not just me anymore , there is also my Sammy to think of as well. But the more I think of it, the more I feel better about it. So now that I know that I am going to go for it, I just hope is all goes as planed now, and I am not getting my hopes up!

Well tomorrow I have the day off and I am going out shopping for Sams b-day gift! Oct 4th my baby turns 22! Man that is coming up fast LOL!

ok its us

Don't be fooled that we act normal, we are far from that, this is how we are most of the time, and that is what brings us together! So I thought I would give a History about about me and the Mrs.

Sam (Samantha) and I met in high school through a friend, we started dating had lots of fun together but when I was almost done school, sam broke up with me and we lost contact! I went on my mission and came home and went to school. While I was almost done school I joined facebook, and after awhile I found Sam on it and we started talking again. Well we went out for dinner one night to get caught up and chat. Well we starting hang out every couple of weeks to every week to every time we were not busy we were with eachother. Than we became more than friends in about March of 2007 for the second time around. The more time we spent together the harder it was for us to be apart. That is when I knew that my Sammy was the one for me. So I went out and bought the ring that she did not know about, which really worked out, while her ring was getting sized I lost my job which made her not even think that she was going to get one. The funny thing is how I proposed. I got a call one day that my poor Sammy was rushed to the hospital from work because she stoped breathing. While I was seeing her everyday because I was off work, and being her nurse making sure she was taking her meds to get over what she had, I got a call that her ring was in. The day I did it I had to do some running around before going to see her, she called me and asked me to bring some ginger ale with me. So when I got to her place she was asleep on the sofa I put the ginger ale on the table and kneeled down beside her and gave her a kiss. Half out of it she said hi, and as she was waking up I said marry me and she said of course. not knowing I had the ring, we often talked about getting married, but this time I said no, I mean it this time, will you marry me, this time I pulled out a little white box and opened it up and showed it to her. AS she looked at it, her eyes filled with tears and as she yelled yes, yes, yes, I put the ring on and gave her a big kiss. Since then we have not left one anothers side. Its crazy when you find that someone that completes you in more ways than one.

Well that is the story behind us, I promise its not all gross tha ga ga, just wanted to have a starting point into our lives.

Thought I would try this

Ok so I never try things like this but since I seem to spend most of my life working and never being able to call people out write I thought this would be a good idea, at least I hope I can keep up on this. So I married the women of my dreams on June 14th of this year, and we have never been happier.

Rght now me and Smantha are living in a nice 2 bedroom upper apartment in the middle of the town of Fort Erie Ontario. We love it here! WE just got the place to how we want it, other than the spare room, I am saving it for a winter project! We are planning on staying here until we can buy a place of our own, we like it that much, plus there is room to grow if need be! Not saying there is a baby on the way, too soon for that. Right now we are working crappy jobs but something is in the works for me to get something better soon. Well thats it for now.
