Ok, so I went for the job inteview with my friend! It's in the new casino in the falls! Oh my goodness, you think I came from the sticks of something, I could not stop looking around at everything, I was like a tourist! LOL it's kinda funny since I should have been thinking about the task at hand.
So I had the interview, I thought it went bad, so I was mopping, and to top it off I had to work a 10 hr shift, by this morning had a head ache called in sick for work cuz I would have been useless.
But I got a phone call, it was from the place, he wanted me to work TONIGHT!!! I was like DUH!! I could not speak I was so dumbfounded! It was horrible, so I told he I could not make it in tonight, which to start I would have been working anyways! If that makes anysense at all. So I have to call him tomorrow, he did say he wants me to start! So it's a good thing. I just have to tell him that I still have to give my notice at my current job!
So I am thinking if I lose this job because I have to give 2 weeks, I think I might just have to work 2 jobs for 2 weeks. Cuz I can't let this go at all! I would shoot myself! Agh, I can't stop thinking how good this is going to be for us, sure I have to drive 25mins to work instead of 5, but when I am going to make that much more, it sure out weighs everything!!!
Now we are still waiting for Sammys news. Her resume was just taking in today. Her friend helped her make a wicked resume and cover letter, I mean it makes my baby sound like a million bucks! So I am hoping for her.
I can't wait to start this new job, I am tired of making one penny turn into two to make us stay ahead! Agh so can't wait. Man I really need to go to the store tomorrow, we have nothing to eat in here! LOL
